Medical Coordination
While getting your nerve or plastic surgery in NJ, our team is here to take care of the details so you can dedicate your time to your treatment and recovery. We connect all patients with a patient coordinator who will help you navigate any complexities that may arise over the course of your care.
Our patient coordinator will organize a medical record review, matching your medical needs and any providers’ requests with the appropriate physicians at The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction. While receiving care, patients and their families have direct access to doctors and staff. We have extensive experience working with visiting medical patients and their caregivers, and we can assure you that we will address all of your questions and concerns and do our best to provide efficient management of services across the entire continuum of care.
We serve as a liaison for patients and their families with physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers to coordinate pre-admission needs (paperwork, diagnostic tests, further appointments). We also provide support with information and resources for the entire process: from pre-admission to recovery and beyond.
Concierge Care
