Fill out our online request form, and one of our professional care team members will be in touch shortly. Or call us directly to request a second medical opinion at 855-980-6981.
Step 2: Complete Intake
After receiving your request, we will guide you through the intake process. This includes documenting any specific questions or concerns that you would like our expert to address.
Step 3: Records Collection
With your consent, we will coordinate the collection of all medical records, including test results, pathology reports, and imaging. Next, we pair your case with an expert physician that specializes in your condition.
Step 4: Expert Review
The expert physician assigned to your case will carefully and thoroughly review all medical information, including diagnostic tests and prior treatments, before forming an opinion.
Step 5: Virtual Visit
Lastly, you will schedule a virtual appointment with the expert physician that reviewed your medical case. During this appointment, your physician will answer questions, address any concerns, and provide you with their expert opinion and guidance on next steps.

When to Get a Second Opinion
It’s always a good idea to get a second opinion about decisions that impact your health and quality of life. In most cases, patients come to us for a second opinion because:
- They have a condition that has not improved with current treatment.
- They have been diagnosed with a serious or rare health condition and want confirmation that the diagnosis is accurate.
- They have been told that there is not an effective treatment for their condition or that they are “out of options”.
- They have been prescribed treatment such as surgery with significant risks.
- They face multiple treatment options and need help deciding which is best for them.
Getting a second medical opinion can help alleviate the stress and worry about making the right decision. Our experts are standing by and ready to offer validation, new options, guidance, and, most importantly – hope.
