The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction participates in a wide range of insurance plans. Each physician has their own accepted insurance and hospital affiliations. Before scheduling an appointment, please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that your provider is in-network.

If we are not an in-network provider, our friendly insurance specialists will help you find the most coverage available for your treatment.

Many of our physicians also accept Medicare. Our billing department will help you confirm your coverage before your visit.

Patient Costs & Payment

All patient costs, including copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered benefits are due at the time of service. For covered costs, The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction will file health insurance claims directly with your primary payer and (if applicable) your secondary payer. If you are unable to pay your bill in full, you may qualify for financial aid through CareCredit.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment

It is always advisable to discuss anticipated tests and procedures with your doctor prior to an appointment. We also recommend checking with your insurance provider to make sure all services and procedures are covered by your plan.

Additionally, some health insurance policies require that you obtain a referral from your primary care provider before seeing a specialist. If this is the case, our friendly patient intake team will work with your physician to obtain authorization from your insurance carrier.
