We have partnered with MediCopy to fulfill Release of Information requests. 

Patients: To request medical recovers, visit Medicopy.net/Patients. Records sent via email, or to another provider, are complimentary. Requests are processed within two (2) business days.

Authorizations are also available at our offices. These can be emailed directly to mrrequests@sycamoremm.com for processing.
